Grass Fed & Finished Lamb

Lambs are born on the farm in the spring and receive only their mothers nourishing milk and regenerative pasture grass from our pesticide free fields. Their clean diet creates flavorful mild tasting meat. They are free from pesticides, herbicides, GMOs, grain, antibiotics, and hormones. The ranch is irrigated by clean mountain run-off directly from the river, and fields are surrounded by natural Idaho grazing lands. Lambs are seasonally harvested twice per year in the late fall or early spring. Individual cuts are offered year round while whole animals are available by preorder and picked up from our local state inspected butcher.

$13.00 per pound. You will receive 35 to 40 pounds of boxed meat totaling $455 to $520.

$13.50 per pound. You will receive 15 to 20 pounds of boxed meat totaling $200 to $270.

INDIVIDUAL CUTS

Please contact the farm for individual cuts. All cuts are $20 per pound. (legs, rack, roasts, ground etc.)
