
Grass Fed & Finished Beef Shares
Your beef is harvested in the late fall when the weather is mild and our regenerative pastures are overflowing with sweet grasses, herbs, and wild flowers. Flavor is a true testament to the nutrient density of our meat.
The exact cost of your animal is calculated at time of harvest. Your share deposit will be deducted from the final invoice which you will receive at time of harvest. Whole and Half shares are custom cut to your specifications while quarters are cut per our butcher’s expertise. Once your animal is ready, you will pick up your frozen beef at Greenleaf Meats near Caldwell Idaho. At that time you will pay the butcher the harvest and wrap fees.
Beef is sold by the whole, half, and quarter. We accept deposits in March for our October or November harvest each year.
